1. Public Comment

If you wish to comment on an item which is not on the agenda, you may do so under "Public Comment." In order to allow time for all public comments, each individual's comments are limited to five minutes. 2. Report and Recommendation - Reconsideration of Second Reading - Ordinance 2009-07 - Amending Zone Ordinance Adding Text to Sections 9-9B-4 and 9-10A-4 of the Lemoore Municipal Code to Allow Church Uses Within Service Commercial (CS) and Light Industrial (ML) Zone Districts With a Conditional Use Permit Under Certain Circumstances.

3. Closed Session Public Comment
