Community Service Officer Ray Fratus
Crime Prevention
Our Community Relations/Crime Prevention Program continues to
be one of the more successful programs in the Police Department.
Community Service Officer Ray Fratus is actively
involved in community projects and events. He supports the
Neighborhood Watch Program 100%. The program has been
revitalizated during this past year. The Department has focused
new enthusiasm on the Neighborhood Watch Program as part
of our community oriented policing efforts. Lemoore started it's own
Neighborhood Watch Program in the early 1980's.
Other activities that our Community Service/Crime Prevention Program is
involved with include:

Central Valley Pizza Festival
4th of July Celebration
National Night Out
Police Department Tours
LPD Appreciation Dinner
This program continues to be a vital part of our law enforcement
efforts within the community.
