Lemoore has a young, experienced workforce. Former naval personnel offer employers a wide range of technical skills and expertise in areas such as computers, electronics, aviation mechanics, and communications. Similarly, Lemoore High School's vocational programs teach students practical skills for use in business and agriculture. Lemoore also has a West Hills Community College Campus. The new West Hills Campus is situated on a 100-acre site in west Lemoore on Campus Drive.
