Whereas,

Ray Fratus was hired by the City of Lemoore as a Community Service Officer on September 27, 2004, and has excelled in this position throughout his tenure at the City; and,

Whereas,

Ray is considered by his peers to be an outstanding City employee for always performing his duties with pride, professionalism, kindness, empathy, and courtesy, he interacts very well with the public while remaining calm and tactful even under the most stressful situations, and for being the type of employee that makes coming to work enjoyable for his fellow co-workers with his humor and positive attitude; and,

Whereas,

Ray has been nominated by his peers and selected by the Injury and Illness Prevention Committee to be recognized as the Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2012;

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the City Council of the City of Lemoore recognizes the excellent service provided by Ray Fratus and does hereby thank and congratulate him on being named Employee of the Quarter.
