The Lemoore Recreation Department provides a wide range of recreation opportunities for residents of every age. There are a variety of Pee Wee programs for ages 3 yrs to 5yrs, youth programs and adult programs. Special events throughout the year include the Lemoore Youth Golf Tournament, Jr. Open Golf Tournament Easter Egg Hunt, Lemoore / Navy 4th of July Celebration, Evening Under the Starts and Breakfast with Santa. Pee Wee programs include Soccer, basketball, Tee Ball, Fitness and KinderMusic. Youth programs include Boxing, Wrestling, Hip Hop Dance, Kids Choir, Cheerleading, Youth Dances, Flag Football, Summer Day Camp, Summer Swimming Lessons and the Lemoore Aquajets Swim Team. Adult programs offered are Zumba, Yoga, Circuit Training, Country Western Line Dance, Boxing and Silver Sneakers Exercise. The Lemoore Senior Citizen Center is open to all seniors in the community and offers social and recreational activities. Waggin’ Tails Dog Park is also available for your dog to visit. The park allows dogs to roam freely without the fear of neighbors getting bitten or cars speeding by. The park is located in the east corner of 19th Avenue Park at 19th Avenue and Highway 198.
