Tentative Subdivision Map No.2006-02/Planned Unit Development No.2006-02/Conditional Use Permit No.2006-02 applications by Brad Swenson to subdivide 30.51 acres, referred to as Tract 872 - Sugar Plum Village, into 89 single family lots. The site is located west of the Lemoore Canal, south of Hanford-Armona Road, north of the railroad tracks and east of Cinnamon Drive.
