AGENDA 1. Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call If you wish to comment on an item, which is not on the agenda, you may do so under "Public Comment." In order to allow time for all public comments, each individual's comments are limited to five minutes. When addressing the Commission, you are requested to come forward to the speaker's microphone, state your name and address, and then proceed with your presentation. 2. Public Comments and Inquiries 3. Approval of November 14, 2007 Meeting Minutes 4. Site Plan Review #2007-02/E.I.A #2007-18 for Bulter Investment Group, LLC to construct a 73 unit two-story multi-family complex on the two parcels. The site is located on the south side of Hanford-Armona Road on the frontage road between Cinnamon Drive and the Lemoore Canal. Attachments:

E.I.A #2007-16/Conditional Use Permit #2007-04/Site Plan Review #2007-10 for Church of Nazarene to place three (3) 24' x 40' portable structures and one 30' x 42' metal building to the existing Church facility located at 726 East "D" Street. The three portable structures will be added for activity/classroom use and the metal building will be used as a shop. The portable structures will be located on the east side of the existing Church facility.
