Lemoore Downtown Merchants Association has requested to install 3'x8' banners to replace the existing 3'x5' mural banners in downtown and be allowed to change them out during various holiday seasons in the same size in conformity with the historic color palette using Title 9 Section 14-5-5 to modify the application of the sign regulations pertaining to Projecting Signs in the downtown area.
