Conditional Use Permit Amendment #2009-03/Site Plan Review Amendment #2009-07 by Lemoore Racing Enterprises, Inc., to amend the original Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review to include the addition of a 460' long sand drag strip, move existing ancillary buildings around the site as needed, allow race-related swap meets a few times a year and other anticipated overall track activities. The existing site is at the southeast corner of Highway 41 and Idaho Avenue.
