The City of Lemoore offers a Commercial Façade Improvement Program through the Lemoore Redevelopment Agency as a tool to be used in the revitalization of certain targeted commercial areas. The goal is to improve the visual appearance of the areas, thereby increasing their attractiveness to new businesses and customers. The Program is intended to encourage owners and/or tenants to improve their building’s façade and also to produce a high level of quality and workmanship.

The Agency offers its Program for properties located within the Redevelopment Project Area. These loans are provided in recognition of the extremely valuable impact these investments have on the vitality of the Redevelopment Project Area.
